贮藏与有效期

磁珠液保存在4～8℃，有效期为一年。

使用说明

每个测试5-20μl磁珠液，配合结合液使用，所加结合液的体积

不小于每个测试中裂解后的总体积的0.6倍。

注意事项

1.每个测试使用前，磁珠需要混合均匀。

2.磁珠和异丙醇的比例可根据实际需要进行调整。

适用范围

血液、法医样本、植物、动物和微生物等样本中DNA/RNA提取；

病毒核酸提取；

PCR产物纯化。

可配合核酸自动提取仪进行自动化操作。

Instructions for use

The usage of magnetic beads normally was 5-20 μl each test, adding optimal amount of Binding fluid. The adding of Binding fluid’ volume must greater than the whole volume after disintegrate.

Note

1: Resuspend the beads well by pipetting and vortexing for 1-2 min when using.

2: Under the necessity of experiment, the proportion of beads and isopropyl alcohol can be changed.

Scope of application

DNA/RNA extraction from blood, forensic samples, plants, animals and microorganisms;

virus nucleic acid extraction;

PCR product purification.

It can be used with automatic nucleic acid extractor for automatic operation.
